You and your readers may find the URL shorting tool http://zi.ma to be of great use on Twitter as it tracks the interactions with the URL for you, all with out the need of making a profile. It a great tool I couldn't Twitt with out.

Nah, I don't think so Oscar - if you're anything like my friends and I, you'll have an application on your phone that lets you tweet from there - saves paying the cost of text updates, which can build up if you tweet as much as I often do! http://m.twitter.com is another way of accessing it via mobile.

I think there's a local access number if you want to send text updates though, so it should just cost the same as a normal one.

Hi Cathryn – when you block someone, that stops them sending you any messages. I'm pretty sure they stop seeing your updates too.
